Meet Koto (Koto with the toe toe)
Breed: Long Haired Weimaraner
Barking from: Rolleston
What's up dog?
Koto, was born with a very deformed foot. His breeder was advised by some to put him down. Thankfully they realised he had every right to live. Koto was born to live life like its one big party. I have to be careful how much exercise he has and he does physio everyday. Koto recently got an orthotic brace to help keep his foot stable, that he wears on walks.
Hes a canine therapy dog, where he visits our local school and the childrens ward at Christchurch hospital. He shows the children that it doesnt matter if your born different, you can still enjoy life to the fullest. The children and staff love his visits.
He also competes in RallyO and scent work.
Koto is one big happy goofball.
